Over the past 25 years I have developed products with some of the most talented people in the world. Most of the time, things are harried and challenging - but in general we always accomplish our objectives and the products are successful. I have been fortunate to work in many different industries and in large and small companies. I have come to recognize that I was very lucky. This fuels my passion to help organizations be as effective as possible, because I believe everyone should have the opportunity to succeed in their ventures.

By definition, a company should provide the “condition of being with others, esp. in a way that provides friendship and enjoyment.” This all starts with good personal processes, which when carried out consistently in a company create and environment that breeds success.
